Suggest Treatment For Injury To The Neck

i was at a trampoline park, i did a flip landed on my neck -- i heard several cracks and it is sore but not muscle pain, when i lean my head back i feel a slight pain that is not TOO sharp but hurts quite a bit. it also feels like i have a sore throat when i swallow i.e. it feels like i have a little ball there.

Its treatment is rest to neck and analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. You may also having sore throat due to some viral infection. vitamin C and B help in recovery.
