Suggest Treatment For Inflammed Muscles?
I am a baseball catcher in college. I often get a very sore arm upper arm in particular. what do. I am a baseball catcher in college. I often get a sore upper arm, I have been told that muscle is inflamed. Is there any thing that ca n be done to relieve the pain?

Hi,
This is due to overexercise which often causes muscle pain in arms and limbs. There is no need to worry you avoid heavy work for a few days as soon muscles return to normal.
However, if the pain is severe you can take Talmin D tablets for a few days. But I feel avoid drugs and relax for a few days, you will return to normal.
