Suggest Treatment For Inflammation, Itchiness In Vaginal Opening

I have inflamed vaginal lips that are red accompied by burning sensation and itching. Tested for bavterial vagnosis trichonmas and yeast all was negative tested yrine as well and was negative. What else could it be? Have yellow discharge.. No fishy odor

Hello,

It's nice to know that you got tested and you have negative reports for yeast infection, trichmoniasis and vaginosis.

Since you are having yellow discharge, inflammation and itching in the labia, the factors causing it could be allergy (latex, condom, fabric, etc.), sex without lubrication, Bartholin's cyst. Get physically examined along with your sexual partner if sexually active, get all STD tests done. In the meantime you can use OTC antifungal cream or Hydrocortisone cream for relieve. Avoid sex and condoms.
