hi ... i ma 28 years old and married since last three years . i am married to my first cousin . we have started to plan a baby since last december , sometimes i feel it is difficult for me to conceive because its been 4 months and i hv not conceived . pls advise

You are trying since, 4 months , i would advise to plan in fertile period and do intercourse on alternate days.
Try this method for atleast 6 months.
Then if not succeed consult gynecologist for check up, for ovulation profile , histosalpingography HSG.
And semen analysis for your husband.
