General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Trial therapy of 12 months is recommended for infertility though polycystic ovarian syndrome provided semen analysis with sufficient viable sperms, actively motile more than 70 % sperms. In non responsive cases or patient early desire, one has always option of In vitro fertilization with best results.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
