Suggest Treatment For Infections On Stitches After Craniosynostosis Surgery
My daughter 2.5 yrs underwent craniosynostosis surgery a month back last week she developed an infection in the stitches and was given augmentin antibiotics on fri 5ml morning and night and a external cream.from yesterday nite she has vomitting is it ok to give emeser syrup?

Yes this is fine to give her emeser and this is probably just a reaction of augentin antibiotic and it should not cause serious consequances. She should also have probiotics and easier diet during antibiotic course. it should heal in 7 days and if not,then stitches should be removed and wound should be cleaned properly.But in most cases antibiotics are sufficient.
