Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

As per your complain there is formation of abscess at the piercing site as a result of infection and the pus filled bump is due to it..
The other cause of recurring infection and pus formation can be due to allergic reaction to the metal earring that you must be wearing [if you are not wearing gold or silver earring which are inert metals]..

You should clean the area using betadine solution and in case if it drains better try and drain it completely so that the infection reduces and apply Triple Antibiotic Ointment..t
If you are wearing earring made of metal other than gold and silver better remove it so that it does not interfere with healing..

In case if the bump does not drain and it is persistent and painful then you need to consult a general physician who can advise you antibiotics and can also do incision and drainage to resolve the infection..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
