Hello,

Thanks for consulting HCM

Read your query , as you have infection and blackish gum this is due to smoking causing melanosis in gums and smoking cause infection in gums, red and white lesion in oral cavity and poor oral hygiene . For infection in gum I will advise you to quit your smoking habit and maintain proper oral hygiene .
Brushing your teeth twice daily , use chlorhexidine mouthwash , do warm saline rinses , and consult dentist for oral prophylaxis .

Hope this will help you.
