Suggest Treatment For Infant Eczema

Hi.my baby girl is 1 year and 8 months old now.she is having infant eczema from 6 months of age.we have been following dermetalogist s advice since then and till now her condition did not improve.she gets flare ups every now and then.is it safe for her to use ointments very often?
