Suggest Treatment For Indigestion

I am 30, 5'6", 64Kgs. Historically i have been healthy until last year, but since last year I have been experiencing frequent problems with stomach primarily due to indigestion.

The last couple of weeks, I am observing that there is a white foam in the stool however there is no other problem with my stomach - no pain, nothing. I stopped having diary products for the last 4 days and I am not observing the foam anymore.
