Hi,

Recurrent low grade jaundice as noted by you along with continued indigestion and loss of weight indicate that you need the following:
- Clinical evaluation, examination by a Gastroenterologist.
- Supportive investigations like ultrasonography of abdomen for liver, gall bladder and pancreas, Repeat Liver function tests can give the reasons for your symptoms.
- CT scan of abdomen or MRCP that is MRI for gall bladder, pancreas and liver and other structures can help further to know the cause and guide for better management.
- Upper GI Endoscopy and colonoscopy.
- Tests of stool and blood.
All these with clinical evaluation can help to get the proper diagnosis and thus allow a proper management as per the cause found.

Once the cause is corrected you will regain the weight and improve on all aspects.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
