Suggest Treatment For Indigestion , Dizziness And Abdominal Pain

Ok so my partner(34 yrs old)passed out the other night and I am concerned. Before passing out he felt indegestion pain really bad. He was sitting so he stood up. His left side of body was in pain. He then felt nausea dizziness. His forehead started sweating, clammy, He said his body felt hot. Then he fell down. He was out for maybe 30 secs and woke up with no pain or anything he felt leading up. Except for soar itchy eyes. What could this be? im worried. He needs to see a dr and is in no hurry. Need an idea of what this could be and hopefully he will see one next week.

Hi
Welcome to health care magic,
I have read all your history and questions.

All these symptoms are stomach pain and indigestion could be due to stomach upset which also might have caused your dizziness.

Stomach upset and dizziness is likely due to gastroenteritis or irritable bowel syndrome or acute gastritis but here there is no need to worry as it can be cured by medications and diet.

You should go for routine blood tests and stool examination with ultrasound abdomen.

You should take antacids (pantoprazole) available over the counter with antibiotics (ofloxacin with ornidazole) and other symptomatic treatment like digestive enzymes, prebiotics.

Avoid oily, spicy and non-veg foods for at least 3 to 5 days and must not take alcohol.

You will feel better within 3 to 5 days of this medications.

You can consult some local doctor or GP who will know about the tests and antibiotic medications.

Regards,
