Dear,
First get re-investigated for sputum smear microscopy for tubercular bacilli, best on advice of your concerned doctor, then on his recommendation only take care of the rest part of your TB management. Some of your conditions are side-effects of the medicine, but I don't think that they are serious enough to stop medicines. I thing you need to remember, that there are fare chances that one may develop a more serious type of tuberculosis in case a patient doesn't take a full course of medicine and left in between. This drug resistant form of tuberculosis is hard to manage and may lead to fatality. For your present symptoms you are advised to take Pantoprazole 40 mg, once a day for atleast 10-15 days.
