General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Noted the history, reports and understood the concerns.
Your basic problem is the want to go for passing motion particularly after taking anything orally, loss of weight since 1995 seems to be due to some primary problems.
This can be diagnosed by the following:
Clinical evaluation by a Gastroenterologist.
Supportive investigations:
Tests of blood for TB gold test, Thyroid function, sugar, liver functions.
Tests of stool for three consecutive days.
Colonoscopy.
CT scan of abdomen.
All these will help to get the primary cause such as thyrotoxicosis or so and can thus be treated to cure your problem.
If all these investigations are within normal limits then this can be treated as IBS that is irritable bowel syndrome.
Control of stress and anxiety are needed then.
Also needed is to to rule out any allergy to foods. Identify and stop the foods and beverages that increase your problems.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant,
General Surgeon
