Suggest Treatment For Index Finger Numbness And A Bump On The Wrist

Hello, last night I wore a hair tie around my right wrist. When u woke up, my hand felt weird, like I had a tight ring on my pointer finger. I look at my hand and it s not swollen. I took of the hair tie and there is a bump on my wrist. From the bump and up (to half to my tumb) my pointer finger is numb. What do I do?

your hair tie had compressed the venous return and leads to bump on the wrist . that bump with fluid inside causing the pressure compression of the nerve supplying the pointing finger and causing the numbness . you may need pressure relief through fascitomy , before that you can get done sonogram and keep the hand in high position so that fluid can be drained . mannitol can be tried under supervision of doctor , if all these fails finally fascitomy should be done.
