Suggest Treatment For Increased Nasal Bone Growth Causing Difficulty To Breathe

i have a nasal bone issue now... the bone inside my right nostril is increased with a skin growth inside that makes me breath less from it and if i block the left nostril i cant even breath from the right one, i went to ENT specialist and he said that you need to go under surgery. i dont wana go coz i cant. as he said i would need to be on bed for a week atleast and that would heal after 6 weeks... what should i do..

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have increased nasal bone growth causing difficulty to breath. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like nasal polyp , allergy , sinusitis , stuffy nose or lung problem. Need not to worry. Take nasal rinses on frequent basis and steam inhalation as well. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order CT scan along with nasal endoscopy . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like amoxicillin , surgical removal of bone or nasal polyp , decongestant and expectorant . Doctor may also refer you to chest specialist .
