Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. To increase the haemoglobin levels, you need to eat a diet rich in iron and protein, like green vegetables, jaggery, peanuts, sprouts, milk and milk products.
Vitcofol injection is methylcobalamine which is given in dimorphic anemia, which is common in pregnancy.
The haemoglobin levels should be at least 10 gm/dl at the time of delivery.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
