Suggest Treatment For Inconsistent Stools

I ve been having inconsistent stools lately, they are all normal colors but I sometimes go once a day and then sometimes I go 3-4 times a day, sometimes I get pretty bad pains after I eat certain food, been happening for a few months now. What could this be?

I had gone through your question and I can understand your concern
Looking at your history this could be due to any of the following
IBS (irritable bowel syndrome)
Inflammatory bowel disease like crohns or ulcerative colitis
indigestion of particular food

I would suggest you following guidelines
avoid excessive stress and anxiety
have plenty of dietary fibers and fluids 3 to 4 liters a day
Do not consume liquor or smoking

If it persists please consult a gastroenterologist do colonoscopy and further course of action
