Suggest Treatment For Immobility In Legs Of A Physically Disabled Person

My name is Virginia. I am disabled, walk with a walker, wanting to lose weight. I try to eat healthy, but sometimes fruits and vegetables cost too much and my family likes canned. I perfer frozen or fresh. What exercise can I do sitting. Mind you, I am not able to lift my legs while sitting. Please help. I am almost 50 and I WANT TO CHANGE MY LIFE AND WALK AGAIN. Thank you.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your inability to walk with your legs followed by attempting to exercise I am suggesting that you have the following differential diagnosis

Spinal stenosis
Spinal cord injury
Nerve root lesion
Transverse myelitis
Spondylolisthesis

In view of this please do an MRI test to rule out the above medical conditions

Meanwhile see a neurologist specialist with the results and for further expect clinical assessment and adequate drug prescriptions

Moreover you will benefit lagerly from the following physiotherapy on a regular basis this definitely will help to walk quickly

I hope this helps Regards
