Hi, dear I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. She has hypothyroidism so she need synthroid. Continue with synthroid according to advise.
Her symptoms of fatigue and dry skin is due to thyroid problem. so get checked her T3, T4 and TSH level and if needed change the dosage accordingly.
Her anaphylaxis reaction is not due to thyroid problem. But she may have some allergy or hypersensitivity to certain substance. She should go for allergy test and IgE level and AEC count. Consult your doctor and take treatment according to report.
