Hello there,
I understand your concern about your wife's health. It would have helped me to know the T3, T4 and TSH values. If they are normal then taking 100 mcg of thyronorm is appropriate.
Although thyroid is closely related to menstrual problems, if the TSH values are normal then it is unlikely that her delayed periods and fatigue is caused by thyroid related issues. There seems to be some other problem that is causing these issues. Please take her to a gynaecologist who can evaluate for her delayed periods and morning sickness as some other hormones like prolactin, LH, FSH, and FBS, PPBS and CBC need to be tested to know the exact cause of her problems.
Hope this helps.
Take care.
