Hello I have gone through your question and understood your concern. You have high anti-tpo level and considering even your subclinical hypothyroidism, these elements are suggestive of Hashimoto s thyroiditis. Actually,you have normal TSH under 75 mcg of thyronorm for 2 years.This means that your dosis must be reduced.In my opinion,this drug should not be interupted immediatelly. Normally it is recommended to repeat the TSH test after 6-8 weeks after starting the therapy with thyronorm,to adjust the dosis until you achieve the euthyroid status. If your dosis is decresed gradually at the minimum,and you have normal TSH and No symptoms of hypothyroidism,than your doctor can decide to stop your thyroid hormone replacement therapy. You didn t mention if you have done regular TSH test and dosis adjustment during these lat 2 years but i can say that with you actual TSH level it is necessary to reduce the dosis of your Thyronorm. Your skin symptoms can be due to an allergic reaction.In my opinion thyronorm is not related to these symptoms considering that you take this drug since 2 years and you had not such symptoms at the begining of therapy.(Consult your local physician if these symptoms persist.) I suggest to talk with your treating endocrinologist for the necessary dosis adjustment of thyronorm and the follow up of your thyroid condition. Hope this is helpful.
