Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hello,

If parathyroid adenoma producing high calcium is confirmed, the only way to treat it is surgical removal. There is no point losing time.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Mirjeta Guni, Endocrinologist
