HI
AFTER GOING THROUGH YOUR THYROID TEST ,TSH 30 INDICATES YOUR HYPOTHYROIDISN IS NOT WELL CONTROLLED.
FIRST I WANT TO ASK YOU WHETHER YOU ARE TAKING TABLET REGULARLY SINCE NON COMPLAINCE WITH TREATMENT IS THE MOST COMMON CAUSE OF UNCONTROLLED HYPOTHYROIDISM.
SECONDLY I WANT TO STRESS UPON YOU THAT THYROXINE IS TO BE TAKEN ON EMPTY STOMACH IN THE MORNING AND YOU SHOULD NOT EAT OR DRINK ANYTHING FOR ATLEAST 30 MINUTES AFTER TABLET.THIS WILL ENSURE PROPER ABSORPTION OF THYROXINE FROM INTESTINE.
FOR YOUR HYPERTENSION I FEEL YOU WILL REQUIRE A TABLET TO CONTROL BLOOD PRESSURE.
THANKS
