General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, the post thyroidectomy status with low parathyroid hormones pause many of the symptoms in various clinical conditions.

* Addition of recombinant parathyroid hormone preparation along with the above mentioned therapy of thyroid hormone, calcium and others is best way to get symptoms under control.

* If the recent data of current lab studies are available, it would be
better platform to discuss this issue ahead.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
