Suggest Treatment For Hypersomnia

Sir how do i cure my habit of sleeping more than required ie. I think i am suffering from hypersomnia and i am really worried about it how do i cure it as soon as possible ? whenever i masterbate i feel very tired and very very sleepy pls help sir how do i stop both masterbating and sleeping more than required ? I am really concerned about the fact.

I understand your concern.
You have not precisely mentioned how long and for how many time you sleep in a day.
Mearly feeling sleepiness after masturbation is not hypersomnia. Hypersomnia is more severe, interferes with day-to-day life and associated with other medical conditions like sleep apnea, renal failure, hypothyroidism, etc.
In your case, it does not seem to be of that severity.
Medical science does not have medicine that prevent you from masturbation. It can be controlled by determination on you side only. Also understand that it is a physiological process and not harmful.
I advise you to involve yourself in other activities like sports, reading etc. Take healthy diet and stop feeling low about yourself. You will surely be able to control both your problem by strong determination and self motivation.
