I just found out that I am hypothyroid and I have had Ulcer/gastroentritis in the past.... Also I've gained weight tremendously in the last 3-4 yrs... I have hyperacidity, flatulence and migraine problems... I am 28 yrs old, height 5 feet and weight 76 kgs.... pls direct me!!!

First of all get your latest thyroid function tests done.
Secondly you need to take Tab. Brexin 20mg once daily for Migraine.
For hypothyroidism your doctor will certainly prescribe thyroxine which will improve your symptoms.
