Suggest Treatment For Hydrocele

Had 3 I guitar hernia surgeries over 10 years. Developed a hydrocele after 5 years post last hernia surgery. All hernias same right side and hydrocele as well. Very painful recovery so far after 7 days and testicle is very high in scrotum. No fever, infection that I can tell, just pain and very high testicle position. All swelling gone except testicle itself, about 3 times normal size. Going to two doctors for follow up and get some answers. Any thoughts?

Hydrocele is a accumulation of fluid in testicles and there is no other treatment but surgery so I advice it and unfortunately it can't be treated on other way.
