Suggest Treatment For Hydrocele Testis

hi i am 24 yr old and i have hydrocele problem on the right testile, however i have taken treatment by needle surgery, but now after some years the hydrocele is coming back on both side and i am experiencing pain on the left abdomen side and the testiles are looking like they r dropped. Pls give me the best solution... does operation leads to infertility complicatios... or not........

Read and understood your history, your conceptions and some misconceptions.
Let me first remove your misconceptions:
The surgery of hydrocele does not cause any infertility or loss of sexual vitality.
There are no such complications.
Secondly, since you are 24, young and already done needle surgery once, it is better to go for the tests first:
Get an ultrasonography and color doppler so that the exact diagnosis and treatment can be planned.
If advised by your Surgeon go for surgery as this will not allow the recurrence.
