Suggest Treatment For Human Immunodeficiency Virus

I have tested positive for HIV antibodies however my antigen (which I was told was the presence of the virus) was non reactive. my p24 was non reactive and my cd4 count was over 1800. Can someone explain what's going on? I've spent over 1600 in testing and nobody can still figure anything out. Thank you!

1. you should suspect infection with HIV if one of the following occurs significantly:

. Chronic diarrhea, night sweats, fever, weight loss, oral candidiasis., recurrent infection.

. do H.I.V. tes to f the sexual partner and if she is negative, maximum care must be taken to protect her.

. use a good quality condom to prevent infection.

. avoid sharing your personnel articles like shaving set/blades,tooth brush, nail cutter, underwear which may be contaminated with blood or secretions.

. test for HIV after 3 months and after 6 months and reassess after every 3 months and if HIV infection is established then evaluation and treatment with nucleoside and protease inhibitor is necessary.
