Suggest Treatment For Hot Spots That Move In The Body

I have recently been experiencing hot spots that travel on my right side periodically throughout the day. I feel the heat move and then disburse at the skin site. In my lower thigh and abdomen areas specifically. Any idea what might be causing these?

Here u have not mentioned ur age and sex...these type of symptoms are seen in postmenopausal women like hot flushes due to hormonal imbalance.... And may require hormone replacement therapy and calcium supplement along with vitamin D..so provide or age sex weight
