what can I do about my hot flashes they are driving me crazy. I am having trouble sleeping and sweating profusely not to mention the anxiety that I have developed. I had to have a hysterectomy when I was 39 and people give me all sorts of so called remedies but nothing has helped. HELP!!!!!!!

you have under gone hysterectomy operation. this lead tooestrogen progesteron imbalance. soyou are developing menouposl syndrome. you have to bear it out or take hormonal substitute after consultation with your doctor
