Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hello there.

From your question, I can understand that you are concerned about some hormonal imbalance which is causing acne. Usually acne can be a result of high levels of androgenic hormones in your body.

This could be a result of a multitude of disorders. Some common ones are:
1. Polycystic Ovarian Disease
2. Thyroid disorders
3. Cushing's Syndrome
4. Hyperprolactinemia
5. Acromegaly
6. Androgen secreting tumors
7. Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia

To reach an accurate diagnosis, it is necessary to have a proper history and physical examination, followed by relevant hormonal evaluation. For that, I advise you to consult an Endocrinologist near you.

Hope it helps.
