Suggest Treatment For Hoarseness And Raspy Voice

Hi my 3 year old has a very raspy voice but sometimes it sounds much more hoarse than other times although the hoarseness never completely goes ever. She isn t ill as in there is no fever , no cough and no runny nose etc she just always had it. She doesn t complain or say she s uncomfortable with it but I asked her today if it hurts and she said sometimes and sometimes when I eat however she s 3 and I don t know if by asking the question I was giving her answers that before she wouldn t have voiced herself! could this be something underlying or is this just the way she talks?
