Hello
In a children of 2 years , these hives may be due to these possibilities , these include:
1 Allergy due to any thing like , dust , mite, pollen , smoke, fine dusting powder , hay cotton threads.
2 Urticaria due to elevation of eiosinophils .
3 Worm infestation .
4 Insect bite .
At present levoceterizine suspension is sufficient .
But if recurs then get in blood for CBC , stool for parasites .
if recurs then consult a paediatrician , otherwise no need of any tension.
Sometimes a prednisolone 5 mg in two divided doses will provide instant relief. But no medicine without consent of doctor.
