Suggest Treatment For Hip,lower Back Pain And Wheezing

I have had a fever of under 101 degrees for several days, with muscle and joint pain. Now the fever has tapered off and congestion moved from my chest to my head. But I still have aches in my hips and lower back, and the most annoying symptom is wheezing on exhaling...no matter how hard I cough my lungs do not clear. It has been a week, anything to worry about?

hi,

thanks for the brief history of you.

as you mentioned you had fever and was had multiple joint pains and muscle pain. to as you a question? did you went to a physician and took medicine also with it did you do any blood test?

usually most viral infection gives muscle and joint pain in its course associated with fever.

Now since it's 10 days I am sure you will be out of the viral infection as you must have taken medicine prescribed to you.

Also you were on a bed rest kind of situation which has lead to weakness of the muscles of the lower back.

Now, to start with, first I want to do steam inhalation and do deep breathing exercises. As oxygen is the major source of fuel for the cellular mechanism this both should help you.

Also, slowly start mild back strengthening exercises like core stability and back strengthening exercises.

If you find it difficult to perform initially what exercises and how then please undergo few sessions of physical therapy as it will help you learn better without any injuries to the spine.

Within a short time of 2-3 weeks you should be back to work with energy.

Regards
