Suggest Treatment For Hip Pain While Lying Down

Having hip pain and side pain right above hip bone. Hurts to lay on it. Most of the pain on right side but do have some on the left side also. Had fusion on L4 and 5 2 yrs ago and have had some numbness and pain in right groin area but this is much more painful.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Hip region pain may be due to hip arthritis or sacroiliac joint arthritis.
Past operation is another likely cause of such pain if disc disease has involved L1,L2 or L3 region.
Get X-ray of pelvis and hip region.
Get a consultation of orthopedics too.
