Suggest Treatment For Hip Bone Fracture

A 65-year-old woman, stumbled slightly while walking, then felt a terrible pain in her left hip. At the hospital, X rays revealed that the hip was broken. Also, the compact and spongy bone throughout her spine were very thin. What was her probable condition?

I really appreciate concern, if this is the history of fracture of hip then it may need surgery in old age major fracture of major joint is not good and great care need to be taken for this, complications are very likely hope this information helps.
