Suggest Treatment For High Temperature And Stomach Cramps

Hi. I started my period two days ago and I had the usual cramps in my lower stomach. But then I also was feeling sharp pains in my stomach just below my chest. The next momorning I was throwing up and couldn't keep any food down. I couldn't stand for too long and I'm very sleepy. I had a temperature of 102, but it went down today to 99. Could it be that I have food poisoning or the stomach flu? Or HIV? I recently had unprotected sex with someone, when he ejaculated, I swallowed it, and then the second time we had sex he pulled out before ejaculation. I have never had anal sex and I usually use protection

thanks for writing to HCM.
symptoms mentioned by you are suggestive of possible stomach flu or food poisoning. HIV Is unlikely as it takes atleast 6 month for appearance of symptoms.
menstruation is usually associated with cramps but on times it may be associated with fever and vomitting also.
u can have mefenamic acid with paracetamol combination along with pantoprazole with domperidone combination both in twice a day dose.
if ur suffering from diarrhea than add econorm sachet or lactobasilli sachet.
if it does not resolve even after 3-4 days than visit a physician.
