General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello sir thank you for writing us here.
The fever and cold would be alright in a week. The medicines you're giving are shouting its effect. The bacterial infection is the most probable diagnosis and your little princess would be fine in a week.
The antibiotics are effective and you'll start noticing her getting better after a week as the infection subsides. Don't worry okay? A couple of days she would have fever but slowly it would subside. She's most likely to get loose stools because of the antibiotics so make sure she is well hydrated. Give her plenty of water.
God bless you and the little angel.

Best regards,
Dr Gunjan
