Suggest Treatment For High Fever, Headaches And Pain In Wrist

My 3.5 yr old daughter has high fever, going upto 104 deg with intermittent headache and bodyache. She complained of pain in her right wrist also as well as her eyes. Is there any need to get her tested for Dengue or Chikengunya or is this viral fever? Also, is Crocin Suspension good for such a condition? Thanks Gurpreet

Advice

3.     Cold water sponging if fever is more than 100 degree Farenheight
4.     Investigations

r.     Widal test
s.     blood smear for malarial parasite
t.     dengue NS1 antigen
