Suggest Treatment For High Fever And Severe Back Pain Caused After Back Injury

I had a severe lumbar spinal back injury. A couple of days ago, after a visit with my neurosugeon where he checked for weakness by pushing down my knees fairly forcably. I got a very high fever in the middle of the night (virus?) Over 103, accompanied by severe spasms and shakes. Now after 3 days I still have a 100 to 102 fever and the lumbar section of my back hurts to the point I cannot stand it. Is it possible for an injury like that to cause fever like that?

I CAN UNDERSTAND YOUR CONCERN .
yes ,here severe trauma or injury to spine does not show immediate symptoms sometimes

so there is a restricted movements now
plz undergo once x ray LS SPINE or if possible undergo once MRI LS spine

so we will come to know the extent and severity of injury

mean while have CBP.ESR ,RENAL PARAMETERS ONCE .

don't worry it may subside ,take analgesics like aceclofenac along with paracetamol ;

after reports consult once your neurosurgeon .. ok
