General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to health care magic ...

The fever with rash in child commonly from viral infection....

With detail history and follow up measles, chicken pox like infection should be looked for....

For viral only symptomatic management done....

If needed than CBC and CRP like investigation done as further work up...

Typhoid confirmation done by blood culture, (not widal) in first week....

I would suggest you to consult pediatrician for examination and further work up....

Take care
