Suggest Treatment For High Fever And Low WBC Count
My nephew who is 2yr old has been having a fever of 101, 102 or higher for 1 month on and off.We were told that his wbc was very low and he is not eating or drinking a lot.He has been to md s office and they are just watching him and nothing else.What can we do?

It could be an enteric fever. Kindly tell me the detailed history regarding the pattern of his fever, and the associated features like abdominal pain, loose stools, vomiting etcetera. Get his typhoid done from the laboratory and send me the report.
