Suggest Treatment For High Creatinine Levels

I entered the hospital with vomiting and diarrhea and my dr asked for checkup the creatinie level was 5 though i regularly check up last week it was 1 i had my ultrasound its all ok my diarrhea is green and mucus my urine analysis say it has 20 pus cells

dehydration and drugs like aspirin and nasids raises creatine. avoidcreatine rich food. have renal function test if indicated dialysis is to be done.monitouring is to be done20 puscell indication of infection. go for culture and sensitivity test. can use most effective antibiotic.
