Suggest Treatment For High Cholesterol

just got my blood test result and..cholesterol 275, triglycerides 174, HDL 70, LDL 170, Chol/Hdl ratio 3.9...i know i lack exercise..i am a student and a volunteer at my daughter s school..currently taking a blood pressure med...will my doctor start giving me cholesterol med too??

Hi,

If you were my patient I will try to lower your cholesterol level with lifestyle changes and if there is no effect then I will prescribe medication.
You need to exercise much, avoid fastfood, animal fat, butter, eggs.
