Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.hello sir,at this age your bp is high..its hereditary ...but dont worry..I see similar cases amongst young people who visit my clinic. In the first meeting, I advise my patients to go on lifestyle modifications for three months. i suggest you to decrese the consuption of salt intake mainly ...do regular exercise eg.walking for 30 minutes ...along with all you take these medicines.

tab.amlodipine 5mg 1-0-0 and atenelol 25 mg 1-0-0 for 2 weeks and recheck your bp and lemme know the results...tanks
