Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
When you have high B.P, the eyes are red and swollen, it appears that you have allergy to some thing like food, clothes, etc. When there is allergy you are getting the swelling of the eyes, and rise in B.P.
When you have the swelling make a list of the things you have used, and and find the things in common during the past incidents. Avoid such things, and observe.
Anxiety is one of the causes of the rise in B.P. So inform your doctor regarding, and he may prescribe anxiolytic drugs like alprazolam.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
