Suggest Treatment For High Body Temperature And Severe Vertigo

I had a very sever head knock on the orbital margin which came up in a huge lump. Then I got a very black eye that was on the 25 th April. And I am concerned that today I have sever vertigo and raised temp. And my vision has been a little affected. I am concerned I might have a slow bleed or something like that. Do I need a Ct or is it nothing to worry about. The area where I hit my head on the concrete path is still sore to touch and still has a bit of a bump on it

Your symptoms could suggest possibly an inner ear infection. You should take Paracetamol 650mg as required every 4 to 6 hours and Prochlorperazine 5mg tablet: one every eight hours. It would be advisable to get a CTscan done as well as consult an ophthalmologist.
