Suggest Treatment For High Blood Sugar Levels

I am 50 year old male, weight 66 kg.I have fasting sugar 168 and pp 300 and taking diamicron 60 mg xr (1-0.5-0 ), fenolip (0-0-1) shellcal hd 12 (1-0-0) , thyronorm (0.5-0-0).My sugar is high and colostrol is under control.please suggest any remedial action for me.

medicine you are already taking.. u you really want to help yourself than modify your lifestyle.. do regular exercise or walk.. avoid fast food and eat pots. if salads n fibrous food, cut sugar intake Completly
